Delete your account

In the app
Open Ninja Fight, go to the Ninja tab, then Settings, then Delete account, and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you return to the welcome screen.
Playing as a guest? Signing out of a guest account ends it and deletes its progress.
Without the app
Email our support email (added before launch) from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed in with Apple, Google or Facebook, or can’t use that email, include your ninja ID (it looks like NF-SHADOWFOX). We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and sign-in links, display name and ninja ID, your ninjas, skins and progress, your friends and rankings, and your Family membership.
If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke Ninja Fight’s access to your Apple ID.
What is kept
Purchase records we must keep by law, and statistics that no longer identify you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Premium or Family first in App Store or Google Play settings, or it will keep renewing.
