Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Ninja Fight ("we", "us") about your use of the Ninja Fight app and this website. By playing, you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Ninja Fight.

Who can play

Ninja Fight is a party game for families and friends. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must accept these terms for you and help manage purchases.

Your account

You can play as a guest. A guest account lives on your device; signing out of a guest account ends it and its progress.

You can save your progress with email and password, or with Apple, Google or Facebook. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Your display name and ninja ID are visible to other players. Choose a name that is kind and not misleading.

Fair play

The server decides every round, timer and score. Don’t cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, or disrupt other players’ games.

Be respectful in rooms. Bluffs, names and anything else you type must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, or share anyone’s personal information.

We may remove content, end matches, or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Purchases and subscriptions

Premium costs $4.99 a month and Family costs $9.99 a month for up to 6 accounts; prices are shown in your store’s local currency. Packs are one-off purchases.

Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. A refunded purchase removes what it unlocked.

The Family owner can invite and remove members. Members lose Family benefits when they are removed or the subscription ends.

Virtual items

Coins, ninjas, skins, packs and other in-game items are a licence to use them in Ninja Fight. They have no cash value and can’t be sold or transferred.

Our content

Ninja Fight, its characters, art, questions and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them.

Changes and availability

We may update the game, these terms, or prices. When a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it applies. The game may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see the account deletion page). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Ninja Fight is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, unless the law of your country of residence gives you rights that can’t be waived.
